Service terms
BulkTrailer Source Terms of Service
These terms describe the use of an independent sourcing information and inquiry service. They do not create a manufacturer, dealer, importer, certification, inspection, legal, or logistics relationship.
Scope of the service
BulkTrailer Source helps business buyers organize trailer requirements, seek candidate manufacturer responses, and compare quotations and evidence requests. Supplier participation, availability, final specifications, pricing, lead time, documents, inspection results, shipping, import, registration, and destination acceptance are not confirmed by website content or form submission.
Buyer information and decisions
You are responsible for providing accurate cargo duty, configuration, ratings, quantity, destination, Incoterm, inspection, document, and timing information. You remain responsible for technical approval, supplier due diligence, contract review, payment, importer-of-record duties, insurance, customs, compliance, registration, and destination-side professional advice.
Supplier information
Specifications, drawings, certifications, quotations, timelines, and other materials supplied by third parties require review against the exact trailer, configuration, model year, transaction, and destination. A company-level or family-level document is not automatically applicable to a quoted unit.
No guaranteed outcome
The service does not promise the lowest price, fixed savings, stock, production capacity, delivery date, regulatory approval, supplier performance, or fitness for an unstated purpose. Any eligible sourcing benefit follows the qualification statement displayed on the site and does not replace quotation terms.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, confidential, or third-party material without authority. Do not use the service to misrepresent identity, authorization, certification, ownership, or a transaction. We may decline a request that lacks a lawful business purpose or sufficient information for responsible supplier outreach.
Changes and governing documents
A final purchase is governed by the documents accepted between the buyer and relevant supplier or service parties, not by general website copy. These terms may be updated as the service or legal context changes. Continue only after reviewing the current version presented on this page.
